What is your minimum order of wristbands?
Wristbands-with-a-Message has no minimum order. Our philosophy is simple... let the customer order only what they need, whether it's 1 or 1 million.

Do you have your logo on the bands?
ALL stock color bands have the www.wristbands-with-a-message.com web address on the inside of band. If you do not want our web address on the inside you have do place a custom order. Call 1.800.282.8091 for details.

On debossed bands, the message will be the same color as the bands you choose. If you choose multi color bands the message will be debossed into the band and the letters will be the color of the band as it is debossed.

What is your turn around time?
We offer the quickest turnaround of ANY company on the web. Whether you need them in 1 day or 1 week we will meet your deadline.

Are your wristbands the same type of quality as the Lance Armstrong Livestrong bracelets?
Absolutely!! Wristbands-with-a-Message silicone wristbands are made of 100% industrial strength silicone.

What methods of payment are accepted?
You can make a purchase using the following credit cards, Mastercard, Visa, Discover or Ameican Express. You may also pay with PayPal. Company and personal checks are also accepted. Purchase orders are accepted for schools and certain non-profit groups.

How many colors does Wristbands-with-a-Message offer?
The color choices are virtually unlimited. We have over 75 stock colors (more than any other company) and you can mix and we can match ANY color from ANY color chart.

What sizes are available?
Our stock sizes are as follows: Adult size 8 inches/202mm Youth size 7 inches/190mm. Custom orders can be made into any size you want.

Can I mix & match colors & sizes?
Of course you can. Our philosophy is simple... let the customer order only what they need including different colors and different sizes.

Can I put a logo or emblem on my band?
Yes you can, however if the logo or emblem is trademarked you must provide us with proof of permission of use.

Do you offer discounts for large orders and/or non-profit groups?
Yes we do. Please contact our office for details on special pricing.
