WRISTBAND COLOR NOTICE

Wristband color selections displayed on our web site are computer-generated images. Actual wristbands will vary in color and may not represent or match the exact computer-generated image color.

Due to the manufacturing process of combining colors to create a swirl, multi-color or segmented pattern wristband, customers are advised and accept the fact that ALL wristbands will look uniquely different each time they are produced. It is impossible to create an exact pattern match when combining multiple colors or patterns. Therefore when a customer chooses a swirl, multi-color or segmented pattern wristband, he/she understands and accepts this information.

When a custom message is engraved into/onto a swirl, multi-color or segmented pattern wristband, a portion of the message or clip art may be engraved into the color combinations which may make the message difficult to read. Wristbands With A Message will not accept liability once custom wristbands are produced. All custom made orders are non-refundable. The company will not remake swirl, multi-color or segmented pattern wristbands when selected by the customer. This same information is applicable to all colors of glow in the dark bands.

COLOR CREATION WRISTBAND STYLE NOTICE

The color creation wristband style has a special coating applied to the outer layer of the wristband so when the message is engraved, it appears the message is printed with a different color. However it is the actual color of the inner color core wristband under the special coating that is displayed as a different color. This special coating WILL wear off with time and when it does, the message will not be legible. If you need a more permanent solution please choose a different wristband style option such as color filled.

If your purchase qualifies for 100 FREE wristbands, you, our valued customer is provided the option during check out to select 100 FREE bands. The FREE option will appear at the end of the checkout process. The 100 FREE wristband option MUST be the same style, size, message and color (including font and artwork). Additional shipping and handling fee applies to all 100 FREE additional bands.

100 FREE WRISTBAND OFFER APPLIES ONLY AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE AND THIS OPTION MUST BE SELECTED BY CUSTOMER DURING CHECK OUT AND AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE. Should customer NOT select the 100 free wristband option at time of purchase and check out, Wristbands With A Message (WWAM) will not make available the 100 free wristbands at a later time or date. WWAM will not be responsible to fulfill, process or mail 100 free wristbands due to customer not selecting the 100 free wristband option during the initial order process and at time of check out.

PLEASE check your confirmation email and your order to ensure the 100 FREE wristbands are included with your initial order. What is production time?
This is the time/days it takes to manufacture/produce the wristbands to a customers request.

What is production time?
This is the time/days once the wristbands are produced to ship to the customers.

Production - this is the amount of time it takes to produce or create an order. Production times/days range from 1 business day (Expedited Service) to Standard Production of up to and including 7 business days. Weekends and holidays are not considered a business day.
All orders received after 12 noon CST are processed the next business day Monday - Friday (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping - once an order is created and produced, this is the amount of time it takes for an order to be delivered, once it leaves our facility. EX: An order is shipped on Monday, Tuesday would be day 1 of the shipping process.
It is the customers responsibility to select a shipping option at the time of check out. In addition, should a specific delivery date be requested, it is the customers responsibility to notify the company in writing of the requested due date or delivery date needed.

Rush shipping options are applicable to Domestic shipments ONLY and include Overnight, 2-day and 3-day. Shipping options may be selected at the time of check out. USPS, UPS and all standard carriers ship and deliver Monday-Friday (excluding holidays). Saturday delivery is NOT considered Standard Delivery. However purchaser may submit to company, in writing, a request for Saturday delivery. Please be aware that SATURDAY DELIVERY option requires an additional fee and purchaser will be charged accordingly. Company cannot be held liable and is not responsible for unforeseen and unpredictable circumstances; such as acts of nature, carrier issues, custom delays, etc.

Customers should calculate BOTH production and shipping days/times to indicate an accurate delivery date of their order. Weekends and holidays are not considered business days.
